Ingredients
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pck. Custard powder, chocolate- for cooking
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 100 g chocolate, whole milk with honey and almond torrone, e.. Toblerone
- 150 g whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

- Mix the custard powder with sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Remove the pot from the oven.
- Break the chocolate into pieces, roughly chop and stir into the hot pudding. Let the pudding cool down a little and fill into 4 glasses, let cool down and put in a cold place.
- Whip the cream until stiff and pour in the vanillin sugar. Pour the cream on the pudding and serve dusted with cocoa.
- Variant:
- The Toblerone mug can also be cooked with vanilla or almond pudding. Then stir the chopped chocolate into the lukewarm pudding so that the chocolate does not melt and the pudding retains its beautiful yellow color.
