Instructions

  1. Mix the custard powder with sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Remove the pot from the oven.
  2. Break the chocolate into pieces, roughly chop and stir into the hot pudding. Let the pudding cool down a little and fill into 4 glasses, let cool down and put in a cold place.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and pour in the vanillin sugar. Pour the cream on the pudding and serve dusted with cocoa.
