Ingredients
- 200 g Toblerone
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 6 egg (s), including the yolk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 cl schnapps, pitu (Brazilian sugar cane schnapps)
- possibly rum aroma
- possibly milk

- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler. Cool down in a cold water bath.
- Beat the cream and vanilla sugar. Beat egg yolks. Stir the egg yolks into the melted chocolate. If the consistency becomes too chewy, add a little milk. Finally, carefully fold in the cream. Add pitu (alternatively white rum) and possibly rum aroma. Place in the freezer and stir every hour (2-3 times).
