Ingredients

  • 200 g Toblerone
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 6 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl schnapps, pitu (Brazilian sugar cane schnapps)
  • possibly rum aroma
  • possibly milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler. Cool down in a cold water bath.
  2. Beat the cream and vanilla sugar. Beat egg yolks. Stir the egg yolks into the melted chocolate. If the consistency becomes too chewy, add a little milk. Finally, carefully fold in the cream. Add pitu (alternatively white rum) and possibly rum aroma. Place in the freezer and stir every hour (2-3 times).
