Ingredients

  • 300 g Toblerone, white
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 dl sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Chop up the Toblerone, melt it in a water bath and smooth it out. Add the 2 beaten eggs, mix quickly and well. Whip the cream until stiff, fold in very carefully and mix well.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  3. Do not add sugar as white chocolate is usually very sweet. Do not use half cream!
