Ingredients

  • 600 g chocolate, white
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 5 egg (s)
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon rum

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Meanwhile, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the sugar, egg yolks, cream and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix 3 tablespoons of rum with 3 tablespoons of coconut flakes and let it steep for a moment. Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk mixture, add the remaining coconut flakes and stir well. Add the coconut rum mixture. Stir well again until it becomes a uniform mass. Fold in the egg whites. Chill until the mixture is reasonably firm.
