Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, flour, cocoa powder and salt in a cup, then add the water and oil and stir until the batter is smooth.
  2. Put the cup in the microwave for approx. 1 minute and 40 seconds at approx. 600 watts.
  3. The brownie cup cake is good to serve with ice.
