Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
- teaspoon ⅛ cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoon applesauce
- 2 tablespoon apple, small pieces

- Mix the dry ingredients well in a microwave-safe cup, then add the milk and applesauce and stir until smooth with a fork. Finally stir in the apple pieces.
- Bake in the microwave for 1 minute, then continue to bake in steps of 20 seconds until the cake is firm and cooked on the surface.
- Also tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream on the warm cake.
