Ingredients
- 150 grams sugar
- 50 g suar, brown
- 230 g flour
- 200 g oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 4 large apples, peeled and diced
- possibly nuts, chopped
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- some water

- Beat all the ingredients for the dough well, adding the apples and, if desired, the chopped nuts last. Spread the dough in a greased springform pan and bake at 180 ° top and bottom heat for about 40-50 minutes. If necessary cover with some aluminum foil in the meantime. The baking time can vary a little depending on the oven. When a toothpick comes out of the middle clean and without runny batter, it`s done. The cake should be nice and juicy.
- Mix powdered sugar, a little cinnamon and water to a glaze and brush the warm cake with it. I only mix a little very thin glaze, otherwise the cake will be too sweet.
- If you have sweet apples, reduce the sugar a little if you like.
