Instructions

For the filling, steam the apple slices, water, sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
For the dough, beat the butter with sugar until frothy, add the egg and salt.
Work in flour with baking powder and cinnamon, spoon by spoon, so that a crumbly mixture is formed.
Pour half of the crumbly dough into a greased springform pan and press down firmly on the bottom, pushing up a small edge. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or similar, then spread the apples on top and spread the remaining dough on top.
Bake the cake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
The cake can also be modified with any fruit. If you like, you can also color the dough dark with cocoa.
