Ingredients

  • 600 ml cream
  • 10 teaspoon coffee powder, (cappuccino powder)
  • 2 point cream stabilizer
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, nuts, eggs, chocolate, flour and baking powder and bake at approx. 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
  2. Overturn the bottom and let it cool. Then cut off the top layer and crumble it. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff, stir in the cappuccino.
  3. Spread the topping on the floor, sprinkle crumbs over it. Dust with powdered sugar.
