Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cereal
For covering:
- 1 tablespoon cranberries
- 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 handful blueberries

- For the dough:
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes.
- For covering:
- In the meantime, mash half a banana and mix it with the low-fat quark and maple syrup.
- Cut the cooled dough in half. Brush the bottom with two spoons of quark mass, place the bottom lid on top and also cover with the quark mass.
