Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and the crème fraiche until frothy. Stir in the chocolate droplets and flour.
  2. Put about 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle in a hot waffle iron and bake for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Important: If possible, do not (!) Grease the waffle iron, because the crème fraiche makes the waffles greasy enough.
