Ingredients

• 100 g chocolate, finely rated
• 0.5 liter ½ milk, possibly more at will
• 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 4 tablespoon brandy
• Cream, to decorate

Instructions

1. Divide the finely grated chocolate between 4 cups.
2. Heat milk, powdered sugar and brandy in the microwave for about 1.5 - 2 minutes and pour into the cups over the chocolate, garnish with cream.
