Ingredients- 100 g chocolate, finely rated
- 0.5 liter ½ milk, possibly more at will
- 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon brandy
- Cream, to decorate

- Divide the finely grated chocolate between 4 cups.
- Heat milk, powdered sugar and brandy in the microwave for about 1.5 - 2 minutes and pour into the cups over the chocolate, garnish with cream.
