Sear the beef with the onions in olive oil, hot but not too crumbly. Just before the meat is cooked through, add the black cumin, fry briefly and then add the peppers and fry for about 5 minutes. Add tomato paste, fry. Salt. Add the tomatoes and cook everything until the peppers are cooked through, but still a little firm to the bite.
Spiral noodles go well with this! If you don`t want to eat carbohydrates, you just leave the pasta out, because that`s how it tastes!
