Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Clean, rinse and chop the spring onions. Also use the green. Rinse, quarter, core and cut the apple into wedges.
Heat a pan well, then add the oil and minced meat together and fry until crumbly while stirring. Add spring onion rings and apple wedges and stir. Season everything with a little salt and a lot of pepper and fry a little more. Pour in the stock and cook, covered, for about 3 minutes (until the apple wedges are soft).
