Instructions

  1. Put the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then slowly sprinkle in the semolina and let it swell while stirring.
  2. Before serving, season to taste - depending on your taste, sugar or vanilla flavor can be added.
  3. If you have a vanilla pod at home, you can also scrape out the pulp and add it - then the vanilla taste becomes even more intense! The semolina can be served hot or cold.
