Beat the butter until foamy and gradually add the sugar, eggs and spices. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, tablespoon at a time. Finally, stir in the melted dark chocolate (just let it melt slowly in the microwave), grummel (chopped rock candy) and almonds. Then spread the dough on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or greased with a high rim.
Bake everything at approx. 200 ° C (convection 175 ° C) in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooling, apply the melted cake icing and, after drying, cut into bite-sized pieces or triangles.
