Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the mascarpone, milk, cinnamon and sugar to a smooth cream.
  2. Cover the bottom of a tin with speculoos and drizzle the biscuits with cocoa. Cover the speculoos with a little cream. So continue layering biscuits and cream until everything is used up, finish with cream.
  3. Dust with cocoa and let the dessert steep overnight.
