Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Heat the sweet cream with the chocolate and the dissolving coffee and leave on the stove until a creamy mixture is formed. Stir into the sugar mass, pour the brandy and add the spices. Fill in bottles and let stand for a few days - this is how the full aroma develops!
