• 1 liter ice cream (vanilla ice cream), good, creamy
• 2 gingerbread (Elisenlebkuchen)
• 100 ml cream, liquid
• 1 sachet sugar (orange sugar) or shot orange liqueur
• 100 g chocolate, dark, chopped
• Cinnamon powder

Instructions

1. Remove the wafers from the gingerbread and cut the gingerbread into fine cubes.
2. Let the vanilla ice cream defrost for approx. 15 minutes, stir briefly with the mixer, then fold in the other ingredients and freeze again immediately.
