Instructions

  1. Put the 2 glasses of sour cherries in a saucepan and bring to the boil briefly. Let the mulled wine bags simmer for 10 minutes. After removing the bags, add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pack of vanilla flavoring, stir everything. Now stir in the preserving sugar and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Make a gel test. If it succeeds, pour the hot jam into boiled jars and close them immediately.
