Mix orange juice and lemon juice with sugar in a saucepan. Press the spices on a little, fill a tea bag with the orange peel and knot. Pour into the saucepan with juice and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Bring to the boil slowly and simmer for about 4 minutes.
Fill into small bottles and close. Chill until used.
Gives fruit tea a special taste or a delicious aperitif poured with Prosecco.
