Ingredients

  • 400 g orane juice, freshly squeezed or not-from-concentrate
  • 2 tablespoon orange zest, from untreated oranges
  • 8 cardamom pods
  • 8 carnation (s)
  • 1 piece (s) cinnamon stick (s), about 2 cm
  • 450 g suar, also cane suar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix orange juice and lemon juice with sugar in a saucepan. Press the spices on a little, fill a tea bag with the orange peel and knot. Pour into the saucepan with juice and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Bring to the boil slowly and simmer for about 4 minutes.
  2. Fill into small bottles and close. Chill until used.
  3. Gives fruit tea a special taste or a delicious aperitif poured with Prosecco.
