• 1 packet puff pastry, rolled out

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl to form a mixture. Put the batter in a springform pan and pour in the mixture. Insert the edge and cover well. Brush with egg and prick with fork.
2. Baking: in the preheated oven, lower groove for approx. 40-50 minutes. A salad goes best with it.
