Mix the minced meat with the finely diced onion, the tomato sauce and the spices. Moisten the individual yufka leaves with a little water. Place a walnut-sized heap of the minced meat mixture at the widest point of the dough and roll the dough up tightly from the broad side to the top. Press the sides together as much as possible (it is best to slightly moisten again).
Fry the Böreks loosely in a deep fryer for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
