Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple meat into cubes. Mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan. Roll the pineapple in the sugar-cinnamon mixture and fry over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat a little, add the pineapple juice and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
