For the cake batter, stir together eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, Fanta flour and baking powder and spread on a greased tray. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
Whip the cream and cream stabilizer. Mix the sour cream, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix carefully with the cream mixture. Spread the whole thing on the cooled dough.
Mix about 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (amount depending on your taste) and sprinkle on the sour cream.
