Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 300 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup lemonade, (Fanta)
- 3 cups sour cream
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 750 g cream
- 4 packs cream stabilizer

- For the cake batter, stir together eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, Fanta flour and baking powder and spread on a greased tray. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes and allow to cool.
- Whip the cream and cream stabilizer. Mix the sour cream, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix carefully with the cream mixture. Spread the whole thing on the cooled dough.
- Mix about 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (amount depending on your taste) and sprinkle on the sour cream.
