Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 cup flour
  • cinnamon - sugar
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 tablespoon. Dissolve the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in warm water, leave to stand for 10 minutes. Then 1 cup of sour cream, 3 tablespoon. Sugar, 2 tablespoon. Heat the butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 1 egg to the yeast and stir the mixture into the sour cream. Add 4 cups of flour one at a time and then let the dough stand for 5 minutes. Roll out an approx. 0.5 cm thick rectangle from the dough. Then 3 tablespoon. Melt the butter in the pan and spread this with the cinnamon sugar (as much as you like) on the dough. Then roll up the dough and cut into 2.5 cm thick slices. Let the dough rolls rise in a greased dish for 1 hour.
  2. Then bake the rolls at 190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
