Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 325 g butter
  • 125 g whole milk yohurt (h)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Sugar (hail sugar)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, butter, yogurt and salt together well and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up the whole thing that you have a big role to play. And chill again, about 10 minutes.
  3. Then cut the roll into slices and sprinkle with the granulated sugar. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
