- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder

- In a bowl, stir together sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and a few dashes of lemon juice. Cut the honeydew melon into small cubes and add to the sour cream. Then steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and let cool.
