- 2 honeydew melon (s)
- 2 lime (s), juice and grated zest it
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 4 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 250 g yourt, low in fat
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut

- Cut the honeydew melons into pieces or cut out balls. Mix with the grated lime zest and juice. Mix the yogurt and coconut milk, season with vanilla sugar and sugar and pour over the melon balls. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
