Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and a few dashes of lemon juice. Cut the honeydew melon into small cubes and add to the sour cream. Then steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and let cool.
  2. The amounts of spices and sugar can be varied depending on your taste.
