Bake the cinnamon stars on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 250 ° C for about 3 - 5 minutes. Do not leave them in the oven for too long or they will get too dry. Let the cookies cool down well.
Make a chewy frosting from sifted powdered sugar, cinnamon and a few drops of water. Cover the cinnamon stars with it, allow to dry well and store in a biscuit tin lined with aluminum foil.
