1. Mix the butter, egg yolk and sugar until frothy. Sifted in the spices and flour, knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. It takes a little work, but the thinner the stars, the more tenderly they will melt on your tongue! Then bake lightly at 180 ° (depending on how thin the biscuits are, approx. 5-8 minutes). Roll the stars in cinnamon and sugar while they are still hot. Be VERY careful here. The hot stars break easily.
