Instructions

  1. Cut the fillets out of the citrus fruits (peel the individual wedges). Bring to the boil in a saucepan and puree.
  2. Bring to the boil again and process the preserving sugar according to the instructions. Pour the whole thing into glasses while it is still hot, let it cool down and you`re done.
  3. Makes about 5 - 6 small glasses.
