Instructions

  1. Bring the cream, milk with the sugar and the zest of the fruit to the boil.
  2. Soak gelatin.
  3. After the liquid has boiled, remove it from the stove and wait a few minutes. Stir in the squeezed gelatine and, if you like, pour it through a fine sieve.
  4. Now stir the sour cream into the liquid with a whisk and pour into suitable dessert glasses or molds. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours until the panna cotta has cooled completely.
  5. Garnish as desired - possibly orange fillets and fresh mint.

  7. This panna cotta can also be made with agar agar. Then boil the corresponding amount of powder with cream and milk according to the manufacturer`s instructions long enough and proceed as described above.
