Bring the cream, milk with the sugar and the zest of the fruit to the boil.
Soak gelatin.
After the liquid has boiled, remove it from the stove and wait a few minutes. Stir in the squeezed gelatine and, if you like, pour it through a fine sieve.
Now stir the sour cream into the liquid with a whisk and pour into suitable dessert glasses or molds. Place in the fridge for about 3 hours until the panna cotta has cooled completely.
Garnish as desired - possibly orange fillets and fresh mint.
Annotation:
This panna cotta can also be made with agar agar. Then boil the corresponding amount of powder with cream and milk according to the manufacturer`s instructions long enough and proceed as described above.
