Fillet the grapefruit with a sharp knife. Put the fruit segments aside, catch the juice. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the grapefruit juice. Combine with the honey in a small saucepan over a mild heat until it is syrupy. Let cool down. Mix salt and pepper with oil, lemon juice.
Wash lettuce, spin dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces, mix citrus sauce and lettuce.
Put the salad on a plate and spread the grapefruit fillets on top. Spread the almond flakes on top.
