Mix the flour with the eggs, sugar and salt. Add a little of the milk and stir again so that the dough becomes loose. Gradually add the rest of the milk, then add the cherries. Pour the dough into a greased tart or quiche mold (a diameter of 25-30 cm would be ideal).
Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.
Dust with sugar or powdered sugar. Then serve hot, lukewarm or cold.
Tip: Also works with cherries from the glass. But let these drain well.
