Ingredients

  • 100 grams flour
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 90 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 250 ml milk
  • 750 g cherry (s), possibly black cherries, pitted
  • Fat for the shape
  • Sugar or powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the cherries.
  2. Mix the flour with the eggs, sugar and salt. Add a little of the milk and stir again so that the dough becomes loose. Gradually add the rest of the milk, then add the cherries. Pour the dough into a greased tart or quiche mold (a diameter of 25-30 cm would be ideal).
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  4. Dust with sugar or powdered sugar. Then serve hot, lukewarm or cold.
  5. Tip: Also works with cherries from the glass. But let these drain well.
