- Let the berries thaw. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (convection 220 degrees). Place the berries in a flat, greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, stir the eggs with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until frothy and gradually stir in the vanilla sugar, flour and milk.
- Pour the liquid batter over the berries and bake for about 15 minutes. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
