  • 500 g currants or wild berries (frozen)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Let the berries thaw. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (convection 220 degrees). Place the berries in a flat, greased baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, stir the eggs with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until frothy and gradually stir in the vanilla sugar, flour and milk.
  3. Pour the liquid batter over the berries and bake for about 15 minutes. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
