Ingredients

  • 5 cakes, (donuts, donuts), a few days old
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon chocolate, roughly chopped
  • Maple syrup, chocolate sauce or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon well. Then cut the donuts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the egg mixture, mix well and let stand for 20 minutes so that the liquid can be absorbed. Now add the chocolate pieces and mix everything well again.
  2. Put everything in a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 250 degrees. At the end you can sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar over it, depending on how much you like to eat cinnamon.
  3. Pour some maple syrup, chocolate sauce or caramel sauce over it to serve. Or all 3 sauces!
  4. Tip: also tastes very good with blueberries or peach instead of chocolate.
