Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber halves into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the bell pepper into strips, the tomatoes into quarters, and the onion into half rings.
  2. Put everything together in a large bowl and mix gently. Cut the cheese into approx. 2 cm cubes or roughly crumble between your fingers. Add to the other ingredients together with the olives.
  3. Mix in vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano, slowly stir in olive oil. Drizzle over the vegetables.
