Peel the kohlrabi and cut into cubes. Peel the garlic. Put both in a saucepan, cover well with water in a saucepan and add the granulated broth. Cook for about 15 minutes.
Drain half of the water and remove the garlic. Add the Rama Cremefine and season with nutmeg, salt, pepper and parsley as required. Possibly thicken with a little sauce thickener.
