Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the baking powder with a hand mixer very stiff.
Mix the egg yolks, cheese, salt, and cream cheese thoroughly to make a smooth mixture. Carefully fold the firm egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Distribute the egg mixture in 6 equal parts on the tray. Bake the rolls for about 15-25 minutes, until they are golden yellow.
Be sure to let them cool slowly in the oven, otherwise they can collapse.
