  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
  2. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the baking powder with a hand mixer very stiff.
  3. Mix the egg yolks, cheese, salt, and cream cheese thoroughly to make a smooth mixture. Carefully fold the firm egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Distribute the egg mixture in 6 equal parts on the tray. Bake the rolls for about 15-25 minutes, until they are golden yellow.
  5. Be sure to let them cool slowly in the oven, otherwise they can collapse.
