Eggs in the Clouds

I propose to surprise your loved ones with a breakfast called “Eggs in the Clouds”. It turns out that such a miracle can be created from the most familiar products for us. Lush scrambled eggs baked in the oven look very nice on a plate. Crispy bacon and slices of toast! I just want to eat everything as soon as possible!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Bacon – 6 strips
  • Toast bread – 3 slices
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Salt whites to taste and beat until firm, dense foam.
  2. For baking eggs in the oven, it is best to use a non-stick ceramic or glass dish. Grease the pan with olive oil. Spoon the egg white, make a depression in the middle, and carefully place the yolk in the middle. Bake eggs in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
  3. In a dry hot skillet, fry the bread from the sides until crisp. The inside of the bread should be soft. Grease the toast with butter. Cut diagonally. Fry the bacon until crisp.
  4. Remove the baked eggs from the oven. Place on a plate, egg, bacon, and toast slices and serve.
