Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until frothy. Sprinkle in the sugar and keep stirring, briefly fold in the lemon juice and aniseed, fill into a piping bag with a small perforated nozzle and squirt very small dabs onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 120 ° C for about 35 minutes.
